We strive to “train you right” through equipping our new hires with the appropriate job skills and cultural mindset to perform their jobs.
Fresh and experienced new hires will be evaluated and then put through suitable CDF (Career Development Framework) programmes. Our key objective is to provide our staff with a learning and development framework that emphasizes not only depth, also breath. You will know your competency level (four levels) throughout this learning journey.

Beyond CDF, we have set up ADDICTS (Advanced IC Technologies Series) and Sharing & Learning platform to enrich the knowledge of staff. Both ADDICTS and Sharing & Learning platform aim to help our staff to expand their learning in Semiconductor, covering more details in other diversified areas like chip finishing, yield analysis, product and process reliability. etc. Sharing & Learning platform covers not only technical paper or learning done by our staff, but also that of professionals from universities, etc.
We also provide further leadership development via Development Centre/Mentoring programme; Continual education sponsorship via S.E.E.D (Scheme for Employee Education and Development) and Overseas Attachment to parents’ company.
