Fresh and experienced new hires will undergo a rigorous and systematic CDF (Competency Development Framework) programmes to build each staff with deep core competency skills to excel in their job. This learning and development framework emphasizes both depth and breath. You are given your competency level (four levels) dashboard to help you pace this learning journey.
We also provide a comprehensive leadership development programme for our leaders; Continual education sponsorship via S.E.E.D (Scheme for Employee Educationi and Development) and Overseas Attachment to parents' company.

Beyond CDF, we have set up ADDICTS (Advanced IC Technologies Series) and Sharing & Learning platform to enrich the knowledge of staff. Both ADDICTS and Sharing & Learning platform aim to help our staff to expand their learning in Semiconductor, covering more details in other diversified areas like chip finishing, yield analysis, product and process reliability. etc. Sharing & Learning platform covers not only technical paper or learning done by our staff, but also that of professionals from universities, etc.
