SSMC signs Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Temasek Polytechnic Engineering School.

On 13th April 2015, the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Temasek Polytechnic (TP) and SSMC was signed. This marks another step forward as both parties commit to fostering closer collaborative efforts in the areas of Structured Internship Placement Programs, Sponsorship of Course Medals and Subject Prizes, Recruitment, Career Development Initiatives, Industrial Visits, and joint development of Continuing Education and Training (CET) Programs. Through the various initiatives, we hope to nurture Singapore talents and be ready for the 21st century semiconductor and electronic industry’s landscape.

Providing Students Opportunities to Experience the Industry

Embracing the philosophy of “Training WITH the Industry, and FOR the Industry”, TP School of Engineering has a strong industry fit to the market needs. Striving to provide students an insight on the work environment and career opportunities upon graduation, SSMC works closely with TP in hosting industrial visits, providing internship and career opportunities for the students.
