We encourage our employees to be proactive in committing themselves to making a difference in the society. For example, participating in blood donation drives, celebrating Mid-Autumn Festival with BrightHill Evergreen Home Residents, and spending a day of fun at Gardens By The Bay with the Singapore Cheshire Home Residents. These activities are supported by an SSMC initiative to allocate one work day to community work.
